Please be so gracious as to have the trio in Bb [Opus 97] with the parts and also both parts of the violin sonata in G [Opus 96] sent to me. As I cannot find at once my scores of these works among so many other scores, I am having them quickly copied for me – I trust that this horrible weather will have no bad effect on Y.I.H.’s health. But it always upsets me a little – In three or, at most, four days I shall have the honour of returning both works to their appropriate quarter –
